Ella loves a good story, whether from the Bible or just a fairytale. Since the CD player, and then the radio, broke in my car, we have been telling LOTS of stories to pass the time.
She is very particular about her stories. Once, when we were visiting some friends, Ella asked to hear Jack and the Beanstalk. Afterward, when we asked how the story was, she said, "She told it wrong. It must have been the wrong edition."
Sometimes, we switch the "real" fairytale for something a little more interesting. I asked her this morning to tell me a story and this is what I got.
I love this child.
